About BILYAY and MISRS   Foundation for Spreading the Knowledge to Unify Humanity (BILYAY) has its roots in the Metapsychic Investigations and Scientific Research Society (MISRS) of Turkey, which was founded in 1950 in Istanbul by Dr. Bedri Ruhselman. It is a scientific, philosophical and ethical association established for the purpose of broadcasting information regarding spiritual phenomena explainable through experiment and objective knowledge. The aims of our Foundation are: * To research and scientifically explain every sort of psychic phenomenon. * By conducting various spiritual experiments and investigations, to study the nature of human existence and to prevent the misinterpretation of the knowledge thus obtained. * To serve the promotion of higher moral principles and spiritual values. To accomplish these goals the Foundation organizes meetings and conferences and gives courses and seminars. It also produces multimedia publications (books, magazines, and audio and video tapes) and exchanges knowledge with other organizations, both in Turkey and abroad, which are working towards the same objectives.
